1. Application Submission:

   • Your submission of the internship application form constitutes your agreement to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge.

   • You understand that submission of the application does not guarantee acceptance into the RTSGD internship program.

2. Data Collection and Processing:

   • RTSGD collects personal information provided in the application form solely for the purpose of evaluating internship applications and communicating with applicants.

   • Personal data collected during the application process will be processed in accordance with RTSGD's Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Personal Information:

   • Personal information submitted through the internship application form will be used only for the purposes of evaluating internship applications, communicating with applicants, and maintaining internship records.

   • RTSGD will not disclose or share personal information collected through the application process with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

4. Data Security:

   • RTSGD implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

   • However, RTSGD cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet, and users acknowledge the inherent risks of online communication.

5. Application Review:

   • RTSGD reserves the right to review and evaluate internship applications based on predetermined criteria, including but not limited to academic background, skills, and motivation.

   • The internship office of RTSGD will respond to applications within a maximum of 10 working days, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

6. Confidentiality:

   • All information provided in the internship application form will be treated as confidential and will only be accessed by authorized personnel involved in the application review process.

7. User Conduct:

   • You agree to use the internship application platform for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations.

   • You will not engage in any conduct that may disrupt the functionality of the application platform or compromise the security of the data.

8. Intellectual Property:

   • All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the internship application platform are the exclusive property of RTSGD and protected by copyright laws.

   • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the application platform without prior written consent from RTSGD.

9. Limitation of Liability:

   • RTSGD is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the internship application platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law:

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Turkey.

• RTSGD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the internship application platform.
